Inducible shRNA knockdown cell line construction service
The Luman Biosciences Cumate induction system is based on the CymR regulatory element, which can bind with high affinity and effectively inhibit the CuO transcriptional regulatory element. In the absence of the non-toxic Cumate small molecule, the target DNA expression element is suppressed and maintained at a very low expression level. In the presence of Cumate, a dose-dependent induction of the target DNA expression element can be achieved. The Luman Cumate inducible expression system has an excellent signal-to-noise ratio and can be used as a regulatory switch to achieve precise control of the expression of target DNA elements (proteins, Cas9, shRNA, etc.).
Luman Biosciences' cumate system can also be used for shRNA inducible expression to achieve knockdown of proteins through an inducer. Using Luman Biosciences' efficient shRNA design tools in conjunction with inducible promoter vectors allows for the rapid and efficient establishment of inducible target protein knockdown cell lines. Compared to traditional siRNA it exhibits more stable phenotypes and excellent reproducibility.
