The Complete Kinase Library is a high-quality functional research resource that comprehensively covers the human kinome, encompassing 1,035 kinase‑related genes. It provides exhaustive coverage of the core kinase families involved in cellular signaling regulation, including receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs), non‑receptor tyrosine kinases, serine/threonine kinases, lipid kinases, protein kinase regulatory factors, and other atypical kinases.
Kinases, as central regulatory components of intracellular signaling networks, modulate protein phosphorylation states and thereby participate in critical biological processes such as cell proliferation, differentiation, metabolism, immune responses, the cell cycle, DNA damage repair, and tumorigenesis and tumor progression.
