Product Details Introduction
I. Product Overview
The Deubiquitinating Enzymes Library comprises 117 genes encoding deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs), comprehensively covering major DUB families such as USPs (Ubiquitin-specific Proteases), UCHs (Ubiquitin C-terminal Hydrolases), OTUs, and MJD/JAMMs. By modulating protein ubiquitination levels, deubiquitinating enzymes play critical roles in regulating protein stability, signal transduction, DNA damage repair, cell-cycle control, immune responses, and tumorigenesis and tumor progression.
II. Application Scenarios
This library is suitable for research on protein degradation pathways, studies of PROTAC mechanisms, screening for the regulation of target protein stability, identification of drug targets, and analysis of ubiquitination regulatory networks.
