I. Product Overview
T-Cell Activation Pathway Library comprises 524 genes associated with T-cell activation, spanning the TCR signaling pathway, co-stimulatory molecules, immune checkpoints, transcriptional regulators, and cytokine signaling networks. T-cell activation is a central process in the adaptive immune response, playing a pivotal role in both anti-infectious and anti-tumor immunity.
II. Application Scenarios
This library is suitable for studying T-cell function, optimizing immunotherapy, engineering CAR‑T and CAR‑NK cells, and exploring immune regulatory mechanisms.
