    I. Product Overview

The Cell Surface Protein Library is a high‑coverage functional screening resource constructed from genes encoding proteins located on the cell membrane surface and in the extracellular space. This library comprises 2,738 genes that encode cell surface proteins (CSPs), systematically covering multiple major families of membrane proteins, including ion channels, cell adhesion molecules (CAMs), G‑protein–coupled receptors (GPCRs), receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs), cytokine and immune‑related receptors, transporters, and other peripheral membrane proteins. As critical hubs for cellular communication with the external environment, cell surface proteins are extensively involved in processes such as cell recognition, signal transduction, immune regulation, cell migration, tissue formation, tumorigenesis and progression, and drug response.

    II. Application Scenarios

This library can be used for CRISPR‑based screening, overexpression‑based screening, drug target discovery, antibody and ligand screening, immune cell engineering, studies of cellular phenotype regulation, and the identification of novel therapeutic targets, providing a high‑value, systematic research platform for elucidating the functional networks of cell surface molecules and advancing precision drug development.

    III. Core Advantages

    • Precision targeting: By selecting core targets within specific biological pathways, we maximize the success rate of high-throughput screening (HTS).
    • Data completeness: A complete plate map and detailed files containing gene/compound information for each well (in Excel or PDF format) are provided with the shipment.
    • Flexible Customization: The aliquot volume can be tailored to meet specific experimental requirements, such as 96- or 384-well plate formats and liquid or lyophilized powder forms.
    • Rigorous Quality Control: All components meet stringent industry‑standard quality criteria, such as NGS–based deep coverage or LC/MS‑based purity verification, ensuring experimental reproducibility.
